While technically, we met (drunkenly, sorry parents) at a University of Michigan party in... 2012? We have been in the same friend circles for a very long time. What started as almost a pen pal friendship during the pandemic in 2020 has become a beautiful life together.

As a couple that started dating in the pandemic, we had to get creative with dates. We sat outdoors A LOT, even when we were bundled in winter coats and shivering under heaters. We saw a lot of each other, played a lot of Mario Party, drank tons of red wine, and fell very much in love with each other.

We moved in together and built a beautiful home before Sam had to leave for the re-opening of the Hamilton tour. We endured about a year of long distance before we reunited and Sam permanently unpacked in NYC.

We now have a beautiful apartment, a French Bulldog named Frankie, two Siberian cats named Eevee and Roo, and we even get to be on Broadway together- in The Great Gatsby! Our love story is beautiful and unique, and we can't wait to celebrate it with all of the people who have been present for any part of it.
